Welcome to the Lewes Camera Club Website.

      Formed in 1880, Lewes Camera Club is one of England's oldest Cameras clubs. 

       We meet weekly from September until March, and welcome all standards of photographers. You don’t have to be an expert to join us!

       We run print and slide competitions throughout the club season on various subjects, and are currently working toward including digital images into our competitions.  Entry into any of these these is purely voluntary. The club also offers talks on various topics of photographic interest, workshops and demonstrations, quiz nights, and a variety of various seasonal social events.

       Lewes Camera Club is affiliated to the Sussex Photographic Federation and Surrey Photographic Association.

       Members have the chance to display their best work at our annual Camera Club Exhibition in the town centre.

       You are welcome to come along at any time throughout the season.  Committee members are always on hand to give you further information about joining us. As a potential member, you may attend two meetings before actually taking the plunge and signing up for the whole year.
